Three new suspects have been charged in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing for conspiring to get rid of an incriminating backpack full of gutted fireworks belonging to their friend after learning he was a suspect in the April 15 terror attack, according to an FBI affidavit released Wednesday.

Dias Kadyrbayev, Azamat Tazhayakova and Robel Phillipos, all described as friends of Tsarnaev at UMass-Dartmouth, allegedly went to Tsarnaev’s dorm and took a laptop, the backpack and some Vaseline that may have been used in making the deadly pressure cooker bombs that killed three and injured more than 200 at the race. The affidavit filed in support of a complaint said Kadyrbayev was the one who carried out the disposal of the backpack.

“Kadyrbayev knew when he saw the empty fireworks that Tsarnaev was involved in the Marathon bombing,” the affidavit reads. “Kadyrbayev decided to remove the backpack from the room in order to help his friend Tsarnaev avoid trouble.”

The three acted on April 18, three days after the bombing and hours after investigators aired surveillance footage identifying Tsarnaev and his older brother Tamerlan as the suspects in the bombing, though not by name, according to authorities. Phillipos first saw footage depicting Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on the news Thursday, and told Kadyrbayev over the phone that he suspected their friend was the bomber. When Kadyrbayev later texted Tsarnaev and said he bore a resemblance to the subject of an intense manhunt, Tsarnaev allegedly sent back a chilling response: “Lol, You better not text me.”

The exchange came just before 9 p.m. on April 18, a few hours before the Tsarnaev brothers would carjack a Chinese immigrant, murder an MIT police officer and engage in a wild shootout with police through the streets of Cambridge and Watertown, police say. Tamerlan Tsarnaev died April 19, after a shootout hours after authorities showed the brothers on surveillance video and named them as suspects.

Although the three new suspects initially appear to have stonewalled authorities, Phillipos came clean in a fourth interview, conducted April 26. He confessed that the three took the backpack out of their friend’s dorm room, according to the affidavit.

Prior to the latest development, authorities had named only the brothers as suspects in the bombing at the finish line of the world famous race.

Kadyrbayev and Tazhayakov, who are both from Kazakhstan, faced an immigration hearing earlier Wednesday morning, sources said. Phillipos was to be arraigned on the new charges Wednesday afternoon.

Kadyrbayev’s attorney Robert Stahl says his client will be transported to the federal courthouse later Wednesday to appear on new criminal charges. On Friday, Yerlan Kubashev with the Consulate General for Kazakhstan in New York confirmed in a statement to Fox News that the consulate is helping the young men with legal representation.

Kubashev said the two men are “shocked at the bombings,” and “they express sorrow to the bombing victims and their families.”

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, is in a prison hospital after being wounded in the shootout with police as he and his brother made their getaway attempt. He is charged with using a weapon of mass destruction to kill, a crime that carries a potential death sentence.

Authorities have searched the Rhode Island home of the parents of Katherine Russell, Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s widow.

All of America Wants to Know: What Was the Motive for the [ Muslim ] Boston Bombers?

End game for Boston bomber suspect

Who is the most hated man in America this morning? Arguably it is the younger Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was captured yesterday evening, bloody, cowering in a boat in someone’s back yard.

Bostonians erupted in joy and relief upon the news, and they partied into the night. Residents in Watertown set off fireworks to commemorate the arrest.

Who are the most beloved men in America this morning? No brainer: any officer working for the Boston Police Department.

Senator John McCain states Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should be tried as an enemy combatant, and I have no argument with that suggestion. For me it was a dead giveaway when the older brother was shot, that they discovered he was wrapped in a suicide bomb with a detonator in his hand. I don’t think we need to debate about whether or not that made him a terrorist. That’s the hallmark of the radical Islamic Jihadist.

Self detonation for the Islamic Jihadist  is the preferred way to end it all and take as many innocents along as possible in so doing. It’s what they are teaching children in Mosques all over the Mideast, and if we don’t pass laws making it illegal to teach “murder and kill tactics” inside American mosques, it will be happening with much more frequency here in the states. We cannot allow that to take root here and put innocent people walking in public places at risk any time they leave their home to attend at public event.

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, told Russia Today television program: ”My son Tamerlan got involved in religious politics five years ago.”

News has broken this afternoon on 04.20.2013 that Russian officials warned the US about the older of the two brothers, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, years ago:

U.S. official: It was Russia that asked FBI to look at Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s activities on.cnn.com/11ONQdudD

This event ought to be a wake up call for the Far Left, who until now have refused to believe that there is any sort of serious Islamic Jihadist threat growing within the borders of the United States and that every American citizen who is a Muslim is automatically friendly and nonviolent toward their friends and neighbors. I fully understand the agony that the law abiding American Muslim community must be feeling, as once again, two young Muslim males turn out to be the perpetrators of heinous violence and death, killing and maiming innocent people on American soil.

But every American now has to wake up to the facts and pull their heads out of the sand about what might be happening inside Muslim Mosques in this country. It’s already happening in Europe and the UK and the people of Great Britain are under seige from within their own borders by radical Islamists who intend to turn and convert everyone they can to commit acts of violence upon the West.

For years conservative bloggers like me have acted as “voices crying in the wilderness” trying to warn our American friends and neighbors about creeping Sharia, creeping Jihad, and what kinds of activities are taking place inside certain American mosques. The reports about those activities are all over the internet and they are not fiction.

Now is the time to act. Now is the time for Congress to pass legislation making it a felony offense to inculcate hatred and to teach killing tactics and terrorism inside a religious mosque on American soil. Our legislators at the state and national level should not continue to act as deaf dumb and blind fools regarding this issue. Move on it. Act on it. Pass those laws and do not hesitate to protect this nation from future acts of terrorism which were inspired within the confines of a mosque right here in the United States.

One Boston Bombing Suspect Dies in Gun Battle, Younger Suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev Still at Large

The FBI released photos and video of two men identified as Suspect No. 1, left, and Suspect No. 2 in the deadly bombings at the Boston Marathon. The two men were photographed together near the finish line of the marathon before explosions that killed three people and wounded about 180. One of the suspects died and another remains on the loose after a night of violence in the Boston area.

Marathon Bombing Suspect May Be Fleeing in a Green Honda

“The car was described as a green Honda Civic with Massachusetts plate number 116 GC7. It was not known who owned the car, but the police bulletin could mean authorities fear remaining suspect Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, whose brother and fellow bombing suspect was killed early Friday, could have slipped out of the tight perimeter formed by police and FBI agents in the Watertown section of Boston.

“I don’t have a single American friend. I don’t understand them.” – Tamerlan Tsarnaev, now deceased.

Police warned residents that the at-large suspect was armed and dangerous. “We believe this to be a terrorist,” said Boston Police Chief Ed Davis. “We believe this to be a man who’s come here to kill people. We need to get him in custody.”

Overnight there have been astounding developments in the Boston bombing case, beginning with a gunfight that left one of the two suspects dead. The suspects turn out to be two Muslim brothers,  Russians from the Caucasus region, aged 26 and 19, who had lived in Kazakhstan before they arrived in the US:  Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26 and Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19.  The older brother is dead from last night’s gun battle. The younger brother is still on the run.

Boston law enforcement officers have stated that once the suspects’ photos were distributed publicly late in the day on April 18th 2013, they panicked and decided they needed to get money and a car to leave town.

At 10:30 p.m. the brothers attempted to rob a 7-Eleven convenience store in nearby Cambridge.  The two men then  fatally shot an MIT campus police officer and carjacked a Mercedes sport-utility vehicle at gunpoint, keeping the vehicle’s owner hostage for about a half-hour, police said. The brothers told their carjacking victim they were responsible for the marathon bombings, the officials said, before letting him go at a gas station in Cambridge. The carjacking victim wasn’t injured.

Soon after that, police began chasing the stolen car, and the suspects tried to throw some kind of explosive devices out of the car to escape law enforcement, officials said. “There was an exchange of gunfire” between police and the suspects,” State Police Col. Timothy Alben said. Hundreds of police officers descended on the Cambridge and Watertown areas as the violence unfolded Thursday night, authorities said. Residents said they heard loud explosions and gunfire. Media was kept at bay about 4-5 blocks from the scene and so full details of what took place were not available until this morning.

Associated PressOfficers stand guard at Massachusetts Institute of Technology following a shooting Friday.

Katie Blouin, 24 years old, of Watertown, said FBI agents and local police entered her house, searching before telling her boyfriend to lock the house’s doors.

“I’m shaking,” she said. “It just makes you so nervous.”

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center geared up for a potential mass-casualty event when one doctor there—who lives near the scene of the gunfight—heard the commotion outside his home.

“When I started hearing the gunshots and explosions, given what had happened over at MIT and seeing all the police cars rushing into Watertown and past my house and hearing all the sirens, I knew or felt very strongly that this was related to the events from earlier this week as well as from what happened over at MIT,” said David Schoenfeld, an emergency physician there, during a news conference early Friday.

“Because of that, I felt as though something large enough was going on in the community that it warranted calling the emergency department and coming in,” he said.

MIT has identified the police officer killed Thursday as Sean A. Collier, 26, of Somerville, Mass. The officer had multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to a statement on the Middlesex County District Attorney’s website. Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority officer Richard Donahue, 33, was wounded during Thursday’s night’s chaos.

FBI agents in Maryland interviewed two of the suspects’ uncles in Maryland, U.S. law-enforcement officials said. The relatives are cooperating and the activity isn’t related to any potential threat, the officials said.

Ruslan Tsarni, an uncle of the two suspects, told reporters outside his Maryland home Friday that he was ashamed of what they allegedly did. He said he didn’t believe that the suspects had an ideological motive but called them “losers—not being able to settle themselves [in America] and thereby just hating everyone who did.”

The uncle urged his fugitive nephew to turn himself in and ask for “forgiveness from the victims, from the injured.…He put a shame on our family, he put a shame on the entire Chechen ethnicity because everyone now plays with the word Chechen so he put that shame on the entire ethnicity.”

Law-enforcement officers descended on Mr. Tsarni’s home Friday morning, and he was questioned by investigators for several hours. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in Montgomery Village, a suburb of Washington, D.C. A second uncle also lives in the area.

It is most likely that they were radicalized when they lived in the Kazakhstan region. When the older brother was shot, he was wearing a bomb blast ingredients and a detonator on his person, attired to commit a suicide bombing. Both brothers are of the Muslim faith.

Cited:  “According to preliminary information, coming from the relevant agencies, the Tsarnaev family moved many years ago out of Chechnya to another Russian region,” press secretary Alvi Kamirov told Interfax. “After that they lived for some time in Kazakhstan, and from there went to the U.S. where the family members received a residence permit. Therefore the individuals concerned did not live as adults in Chechnya.”

A relative of the two tried to convince reporters that their Muslim religion had nothing to do with the two brothers’  decision to bomb, kill and maim innocent people watching the Boston Marathon. I don’t think any American with half a brain is going to buy that story. If you spend any time actually reading what the Koran states in it’s scriptures, you will learn that Muslims are taught from childhood that they have a religious duty to try to kill and harm as many non-Muslims as possible, as an exercise and demonstration of their faith. Any other interpretation of what is clearly stated in the Koran is public relations posturing, lies and nonsense.

The FBI released this photo of Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, Massachusetts, on Friday, April 19. Police are searching for him after an overnight chase that left his older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, dead, sources tell CNN. Police say the suspect at large is the man the FBI identified as "Suspect No. 2."<br /><br />

WANTED: Dzhokar Tsarnaev, 19

The man identified as Suspect No. 2 appears in a tighter crop of David Green's photo.

Note: Earlier this year I had reported on an outrageously misguided CAIRN sponsored city bus ad campaign which was supposed to inspire American Muslims to do better than their violent peers, but may have the opposite effect. This ad campaign was wrongly worded and needs to be removed.  Here is the article I wrote on it:

What’s Behind the Recent Plunge in Silver and Gold Prices? Elites and FED Conspiring to Drive Middle America Out of Holding Precious Metals as Currency Hedge

Well aware that this headline may be hard to prove, I wrote it anyway because my soul knows what my soul knows. And I clearly cannot prove what my soul knows, but my soul knows it anyway. Take that however you wish.

Three days ago while the America and the world was reeling from the Boston Marathon bombing, something else was taking place which knocked the feet out from under millions of middle class Americans who have been investing in gold and silver as a hedge against hyper-inflation and the steady erosion in value of the paper dollar.

In one day on April 15th 2013, gold fell more than $235.00 an ounce and silver followed, plummeting about $4.75 in price, losing practically all the gains achieved in about 2 years.

For those weather worn metals investors who have seen it all in 40 years of rising and falling commodity prices this sudden correction was surprising and somewhat illogical, but it did not spell the end of the world. For newcomers who are brand new at buying and selling metals, it caused a fair degree of consternation and knee-jerk  panic. Over the next two days more panic selling took place, as emotions replaced analytical reason and margin calls had to be met on paper portfolios over weighted with metals investments. The faint of heart just got flushed out of gold and silver while the wise went running to take advantage of the sudden dip to strengthen their positions.

A neighbor who stopped by expressed his alarm and his inability to make sense of the wild downward correction, knowing what he knows to be true about runaway deficit spending and printing press money. I wanted to tell him that the upper crust of the top of the heap elites along with the US federal government were both conspiring to try to shake out middle class America from the metals market and begin hoarding for themselves at lower prices, but I knew he wouldn’t believe me, so I just didn’t say a word.  Sometimes silence is the very best insurance policy when the truth is so ugly you know in advance that most of those around you won’t believe what you have to say, even if you offer proof of it. I have been here before. I’d like for you to watch these videos and browse some of the links below. Just listen and read and then think it over. That’s all I will say for now. We can tag this post ‘theoretical’ if it makes you feel better.

Cited:  “According to former Assistant Treasury Secretary Paul Craig Roberts, last Friday’s price drop was the result of some 500 tons of gold being dumped onto paper markets, an amount equal to about $25 Billion dollars worth of the metal. Likewise, silver saw a similar dump and price drop. Moreover, the very same thing is taking place this morning, suggesting that some very large and influential market makers are involved.

Who has that kind of money and can afford to lose it in naked short positions? According to Paul Craig Roberts, “only a central bank that can print it.”

Thus, one must assume that this is not a natural effect of the free market, but rather, a coordinated attack on the global precious metals exchange orchestrated by our very own Federal Reserve, an organization run by a board of directors that includes representatives from some of the world’s largest banking institutions.”
