The Most Amazing Female Acrobat in the World Today is China’s “Red Panda”

We were all introduced to the fabulously talented and delightful Chinese lady acrobat “Red Panda” [ Krystal Liu ] during the “America’s Got TalentTV show last season. She performed this incredible unicycle balancing trick during her audition and brought down the house. People in the audience did not stop roaring for 4 minutes. Later, during finals, she didn’t quite complete the trick, as one bowl didn’t make it, wobbled, fell, and she was disqualified. But Red Panda had won the hearts of millions of new fans around the world. She is beloved, as her disposition during all of the acclaim remains so demure and unassuming.

Tonight I found these incredible videos showing her doing her world famous “5 bowl flip” stunt at various events before she auditioned for AGT.  This time she pulled it off with sublime perfection. To the best of my knowledge, Red Panda may be one of the only females acrobats in the world who can do this mind blowing stunt. it’s a skill she learned from her mother, who was in the Chinese circus for many years.

Take a look:

I’m Tuning Out and Turning OFF TV’s Newest Gore Fest: “The Blacklist”

I knew that turning TV cable service again would necessitate ongoing choices. As I continuously choose and re-choose and choose again NOT to subject my psyche to the nonstop and unnecessary gore that comes along with network programming, tonight I finally chose to TUNE out and TURN OFF the hideously explicitly gory NBC network show “The Blacklist”.

There is a way to tell a gripping story without showing scenes of explicit human gore every 30 seconds. It’s just one more sign of the decaying moral compass and the rising tide of personal depravity in this nation that NBC producers feel they just can’t tell the story of getting the bad guys without broadcasting in-your-face zoomed in close-ups of something absolutely hideous about every 8 minutes.  it’s so preposterously over-the-top that it’s both pathetic and very, very troubling.  I’m sick to death of SICKO TV.  Entertainment? NOT. These programs are designed to indoctrinate the viewing public into the notion that explicit portrayals of human cruelty are somehow now “normal.” The hell they are. TV executives, directors, producers and advertisers who support this trash are not normal, and I wonder where the outrage is.  Here’s mine. I am penning this post.

Join me. Stop watching TV programs which portray explicit scenes of death, torture, gruesome killings and every other heinous way to force a person to die, which have the audacity to call this filth “entertainment.”

There might be many things which we are now forced to accept which fall under the wide umbrella catch all phrase of “the new normal.” But being subjected to scenes of such explicit human brutality that I just about lose my dinner is not my idea of any kind of “new normal”, and it never will be.

If it gets to the point that I can only locate 5 to 10 channels of intelligent uplifting TV programming out of hundreds of channels, I’ll just shut off the cable. I lived without it for years, and I can do it again.

Alternative News entrepreneurs have already changed the face of news reporting forever. It’s time for the next media REVOLUTION to take place. It’s time for alternative TV programming to replace and supplant the grotesque filth they broadcast each evening which they have the audacity to describe as family entertainment. It’s no damn wonder that kids are gunning down their peers, and blowing their brains out in front of the entire classroom. Look at what they broadcast on TV each night. THERE IS A DIRECT RELATIONSHIP THERE. DUH.

That’s it.

“Sex Box” – UK Couples Have Sex in Front of a Live TV Audience

First this:

Zurich Switzerland spends millions to build public “sex boxes” for prostitutes to service their customers.

Then this:

Great Britain begins airing live TV show “Sex Box” where consenting couples have sex in front of a live TV audience then later discuss their sexual performance, et al, with the audience.

The supposedly high minded premise [ Are you kidding me? ] of the new UK TV show “Sex Box” is to get a public conversation started about real sexual intimacy, as opposed to cold pornography.  So say the producers of the show.

But what we all know, is that this is yet another click in the ever downward spiral of salacious voyeuristic TV.  It’s no longer enough just to broadcast “reality TV” which follows a group of people through every waking and sleeping moment of their lives for [ fill-in-the-blank reasons conjured by the producers ], shows like ‘Survivor‘ or ‘Big Brother‘  – now the only thing which will satiate viewers’ appetites is to watch couples having sex on live TV, too.

The last bastion of personal privacy has now been shattered. The debauchery is complete. Consenting adults will degrade themselves and their relationship by performing the most intimate of all acts  – in a box – while millions of other TV viewers watch, live, as it happens, and then “discuss it” later with the audience. Yeah. Right. Wink-wink.

I think I am going to be sick.  Oh , it’s getting conversations started all right.  Eeeewwwgh.

Wait – don’t tell me. I already know what’s next. The “sex box” concept will expand on TV to include private pay-per-view TV feeds of the “on the street” sex box action taking place between prostitutes and their customers. Then this too, will become a TV show once demand for free access goes from a whimper to a roar.

I actually think I now know where the original idea for this lurid TV spectacle originated. Check out this article:

It’s Not Just the Problem of a Rising Idiocracy, It’s a VIOLENT Idiocracy We Are Facing couple of weeks ago I watched a movie with a friend of mine titled “Idiocracy.”  Most of the movie takes place about 500 years into the future in America. Ten minutes in, we found the film pretty accurately captured what’s happening NOW in the United States with more than a small degree of accuracy. I’ve come to the conclusion that it won’t take 50 years, or even 500 years, for our country to arrive at the abjectly pathetic state of national affairs which is portrayed in the film. We’re almost there already. If you haven’t watched this film, have a look, then look around you at what you see in the news. Then you tell me how close you think we are.

American society is NOT TOO FAR AWAY from arriving at the final morass of a majority of humanity portrayed in the comedy which is no longer intelligent enough to cook, [ oh, we already have millions like that ] drive [ Ooops. Young folks aren’t interested in learning to drive anymore. Mommy does that for them ], read and write [ don’t even get me started ] or vote [ there’s a documentary film listed in my Charter free movie listings titled “Learn How to Vote”].

A mewling puking steaming heap of stupid overweight people who breed like rabbits is not our only pressing concern. It’s also their gnawing addiction to extreme violence, which apparently no amount of abjectly gory new TV programming and motion pictures will satisfy.

Why are television executives and movie producers pandering to this emerging depravity? We could engage in ample debate as to which comes first:  the extremely violent TV program, video game, movie – or – the kid who goes off in a movie theatre, thinks that he’s the “JOKER” in Batman, dyes his hair orange and randomly murders anyone he can gun down before they can flee.

Every ounce of good, just, right, moral and common sense I have in me states that delivering endlessly more violent and appalling TV / Flim / Video Games to a population only induces more and more severe types of violent incidents, outrageous crimes which are a signpost which screams “SOMETHING IS VERY VERY WRONG HERE.”  I KNOW I am not wrong. This is NOT rocket science.

Yet every new TV season producers up the ante by airing such incredibly graphic violence in their TV programs that I usually just get up and leave the room. I find less and less reasons to even turn the damn TV on, unless I feel the need to document “just how bad it is this year.” What the hell is wrong with the script writers and producers of this material? Is there a total and complete disconnect from understanding that what you broadcast today, will come right back to you like an ominous boomerang in the form of new, more hideous violent crime ten months from now? How can entertainment media producers be this blind, this uncaring and this reckless about the consequences to society of what they write, film, produce and air on TV?

But wait. I forgot. This too, is all PART OF the new idiocracy. How foolish that I forgot to factor that in. We now have total spiritual idiots producing TV / Film / Media/ Video Games for a rabid, endlessly media consuming American idiocracy.  So the producers of this material are no longer capable of perceiving that anything they are producing is morally wrong.

With ‘Dexter’ came the final, inane, immoral threshold crossed of portraying ‘serial killer as folk hero’.  Now there is no turning back. Idiots create and produce entertainment media for other idiots. The rest of us, who are trying really hard NOT to live like idiots, who are still pure enough and moral enough to be appalled by all of this, write about it. What else could one do? Go before Congress and speak about it? Remember: Congress can no longer govern. But they are VERY good at fighting, dueling, contriving, undermining, and deadlocking. I could just sit waiting in the halls of Congress with my number in my hand until they removed my white bones, covered in spiderwebs.

Outraged news bloggers like me are just an irrelevant minority who lament upon what we see in post after blog post, never really making a dent in the putrid stream of filth which issues forth from American society.

It’s getting harder and harder to know what to do or how to address what I see taking place. I write for lack of knowing what else to do. Do I think my writing raises any awareness? I’m not sure right now. But I press on. I think it helps me cope.
