JAPAN (INTELLIHUB) — Fukushima’s nuclear plant utility operator TEPCO announced Thursday that they would begin efforts starting in November to remove 13,000 fuel rod assemblies from the volatile and damaged fuel pool at the vastly crippled nuclear reactor facility.
According to experts, this is an extremely dangerous operation and must be taken with the upmost seriousness and caution as one wrong move could be devastating to life on the planet. In fact, the fuel nuclear fuel rods that are to be relocated contain 14,000 times the radiation as the bomb that was dropped on Hiroshima, terrorizing the entire country, forcing the Japanese to surrender to the U.S. in 1945.
